hard to figure how to fix it.

all players that are inactive (no packets received) in 90 secs were autoremoved from game, but server throwns an error if someone talks to em. now, if a player caused many errors is kicked out from the server.

this fixes the reconnection issues for now. i expect people finding new bugs on real situations, and i like that.
