Ok, so I have a question. Who has the best processor and motorboard right now? I ask that because that's what I'm going to build my new computer around.

It's important what you want from this PC to do.
More cores - lowest frequency of each core.
(For gaming and multimedia Core 2 duo or Core i5 on max possible freq. is best, for application (if they support multiple cores/treads) Quad core (i7, i9) is better)
More RAM than 4 GB - 64 bit OS or server OS. Otherwise you see just 3.25 GB and begin to feel strange
(There is possiblity for drivers or 3rd party hardware issues with both 64 and server OS)

If you think about gaming or media my choise is:
Motherboard - Asus Maximus III Extreme
CPU - Core i5 670(3.46G,L2:4M, IGPU,rev.C2,73W)
Video: SAPPHIRE HD5870 1GB GDDR5 PCIE (Game Edition) (DX11 will be usefull at some time this year... i think)
