Wrestling, jiu jitsu and boxing. Little muay tai with the clinch (and some dirty boxing) and leg kicks.
So after a 3 hour gym session this afternoon I came home and watched a nice documentary on Muhammad Ali. Not bad.
Not a bad day.

I'm unemployed right now which is why I have so much time on my hands. It's good for training and gaming. I try and keep the house clean, but my wife seems to sabotage all my efforts to keep an orderly apartment.
I've been up for an hour and a half and I keep thinking it's Wednesday! Not one of these days!
But I will be taking the boys to the dog park. It's abnormally warm for being this close to Canada. Might as well take advantage of it.

I'm currently at work... "working" then I'm off home for some nostalgia (sp?) by starting GTA III, then complete it (not over night!!!!) and then move on up the series :p
